My table has very low self-esteem. Dangerously low. It doesn't know who it is. Bed or table?
It frets about what others think of it. Is it pretty enough? Useful enough? Durable enough?

And it feels unloved sometimes.
But Marlene. Beautiful, lovely, clever Marlene loves my table. And I love Marlene.

Awwww...and Marlene loves you too...It looks just perfect right there!!!
I am so glad it is with you!
Your life is overflowing with friends who make lovely quilted items!
Cool to etch the list right in the table! Years ago when my brother was still in high school, he came over and did homework on my dining room table and pressed VERY hard while handwriting.....his homework assignment is still there in the tabletop!!
The perfect match! That Marlene is sure something!
Perfect. I also love the photo of the table with writing. I have the table we all used to sit around at my Mom's since 1959! I wish all the "talks" were engraved on it. This is a good idea for you to start. Keep notes on serious and funny conversations that take place at that dinner table for later years :)
you are so funny! I LOVE IT!
TOO FUNNY!!!!
I love the pic of your boy on the table. That is something my daughter would have done.
Lucky you for receiving such a lovely gift!
Happy Easter!!
if only all self-esteem issues could be fixed by Marlene we'd all be soooo happy :D
Love Marlene's present. And boy, is that a great picture of your kid asleep on the table! Kids can sleep anywhere, can't they?!
