FF: All Around My Brain

**I had to drive my 10 year old somewhere on a very dark, rainy, and foggy night and absent-mindedly sang along with the radio. After we arrived at our destination, my son said, "Thanks for the completely inappropriate entertainment." I was totally confused until I realized that I had been singing the 1991 Divinyls hit. I can't even bring myself to type the title.

**We had a Weight Watchers friendly Beef Stroganoff this week. The non-friendly version would have tasted much better.

**Walmart!! Order more of this soap. It is lovely.

**My teen boy says he doesn't know what I see in Bruce Springsteen. I'll admit that I'm glad he doesn't. But, Bruce? Keep your politics to yourself.

**How do those protesters from Westboro Baptist Church sleep at night????

**Would you consider sharing a dog? It is a popular trend now. Two families share expenses and time with the dog. If the families live very near each other, it's even better. The dogs supposedly get to know the routine and will wait at the door when it's time to go to the second family.

**That makes me wonder how people manage to live double lives with two different families. How do they not go crazy trying to keep details straight? FYI: no personal references being hinted at here.

**And in the mindset of what was he thinking: In the metro Detroit area a man has rejected a $150,000 settlement offer after he used a screwdriver to open a jar of Del Monte fruit and the lid flew off and hit his eye rendering him unconscious.

**This week's fragments brought to you by Mrs. 4444's, who will no doubt be sad after the Michigan-Wisconsin game tomorrow.

Great fragmenting! I had a WW Chicken Stroganoff recipe I used to love to make... me ex (now deceased) husband even loved it!

Haven't seen that soap... I guess they are not sending it to us at Walgreens.

Have a great weekend!

Have a great weekend!
Blessings,

P.S. I like Bruce too, but so many personalities would be better off with the opinions kept to themselves!!! Blah

Who buys canned fruit these days? loco.
I love Bruce, but have not heard any politics...but then again, I don't watch the news either. What am I missing?
I love that song. But, yes, very inappropriate. ;)
Have a great weekend!

Dog sharing - sounds like a great arrangement and apparently dogs love it!

Good for you for singing - we have to embarrass our kids somehow!

I woudld LOVE to share Morgan (my dog) with someone who would walk him 1/2 the time! And split vet bills, and toe nail clipping and ear cleaning and.....

Wow. I might put an ad on Craigslist!

Sharing dogs. I guess it will be children next (now there's a great idea, one week on, one week off).

$150K for a lid hitting you? Anyone who doesn't take that offer clearly must have been hit hard on the back of the head, not in the eye :-)

that man is not so very smart for refusing that offer; I think it is very reasonable (maybe he suffered brain damage when the lid hit him in the eye).

I had not heard about dog sharing. Its almost like divorce and child custody type things. I just don't know......I can't imagine sharing Koda.

have a good weekend!

I have never heard of sharing a dog, but it would be conveinient during travels to not have to kennel the dog!

I can't believe that dude got a settlement at all... who DOES that?

The lawsuit just makes me embarrassed! How do we allow NUTS like that to make a case for themselves... AND WIN????

Who took the case, that's what I want to know?!! and if the guy had taken the offer, he probably would have only gone home with $10 - the lawyer fees would have gobbled up the rest. (Turkey day - gobble gobble LOL)

I had to google the song - and then I listened to the video and sang with it, too! I can see why your son might not have enjoyed hearing his mom sing that. LOL How funny.

Hahahaha Not so sad that day, after all! Today, the jury is out (Packers vs. Falcons)

That first fragment was AWESOME. Having to google the title was worth it.
