He Pulled Them Out By Himself

The vestiges of babyhood continue to slip away.
Oh! Wait! I said a while ago that I was going to embrace change as my kids grow.
*thinking*
Look! A new hole where a straw  two straws can fit!

How cute - brings back fond memories (for me, anyway) of our son's losing his lone 'fang' front tooth just before we left for school on picture day. I was thrilled that it had come out with just a wee tweak in time for the pictures... in which he clamped his mouth SHUT.

Our daughter was a different story on her own toothless picture day a few years later, thank goodness :)

ouch... he is really cute though... I cannot imagine Eli without two teeth... more of his complaining about it than them being lost. The two straws comment cracked me up!

Way too cute! What a handsome guy! My Little T has to loose 2 more before he gets braces. I cant wait for that bill.

My niece refuses to pull her one remaining tooth in front, so she has earned the nickname Snaggle Tooth from the family. My brother refused to let her help him blow out candles on his birthday because he didn't want that ugly tooth embedded in his cake LOL

Congrats! Always a momentous occasion to lose the very visible front teeth.

He's a little toughie to pull them out by himself... did he use the wiggle and tug method or the string tied to the door method?

He is so cute. But don't tell him because when he gets a little older he will be thinking he's an "it" guy.
