How, baby girl, is it possible that you are turning 14?
And WHAT is Michigan thinking by beginning drivers training at 14 years, 8 months??

thing is just because the state allows it does not mean the parents have to... just ask MJ she is 17 and has a permit but no liscense YET.
Happy Late Bday little one :) yeah I know 14 is not little... to you. enjoy being a teen for a while before grabbing responsibilities :)
