During our trip last week, my youngest son got his hand-held video game out and announced that he was going to go online. I told him we didn't have Internet access in the car, but he wasn't having any part of my answer.
"Well, Daddy says I need to find a hot spot to go online and it sure is hot in this back seat, so I think it will work."

I bet you about died of laughter!
Oh, I miss having youngsters this age around the house.
I laughed myself stupid at the cartoon in your sidebar! And your son's comment was just brilliant!
Precious indeed! What a smart fellow! And handsome too!
this might possibly be the CUTEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD!!! Glad you are saving these moments on the blog so you can share them with your kiddoes when they are big and grown!
Isn´t he sweet! I miss having such innocent kids around!
Love the hot spot comment! How cute. I also miss having kids and their funny stuff around. If I could somehow manage to skip over the teen years....
I'm answering here about the name game post ('Jay') because my mother-in-law wrote a book today to 'clarify' that Jay WAS a Junior. No matter that his father's first and middle names were both spelled differently. As Katie used to say about leaving vowels out of words "What's the difference?"
Sheesh.
Back to the Suite....

Did soda come out of your nose on that remark?!
Too dang funny. Thanks.

I'm with "Mads and Kelli" -- adorable kid-utterances are too quickly forgotten, sort of like dreams, if we don't write them down. Very sweet.
Awww. That's cute.
